Presentations

Presentations must be uploaded as PowerPoint (preferred) or pdf format a day prior to actual presentation to support the GHI 2027 Congress technical team. The files must be named clearly in the following format:

#abstractID_familyname of abstract submitter.*
Further instructions about the duration of the presentation and the program slot will be sent after the program is created. You can also download the program with your time slot and abstract ID here.

The files will only be used to display the presentations and not be made available to anybody.

ONLINE PRESENTERS There will be no planned opportunities for online presentations. However, if you are unable to attend the congress due to illness, flight cancellation, or any other unforeseen circumstance after your abstract has been accepted, your registration fees paid, and your presentation included in the program, the organisers will arrange for you to present online. In such cases, you will receive a Zoom link that will allow you to deliver your presentation remotely from your own computer by sharing your screen or application. If you would like to schedule a test session to ensure you are comfortable using Zoom, please contact the conference secretariat to assist you (secretariat@ghiworldcongress.org or 2027@ghiworldcongress.org).

Posters

Posters will be exhibited in a dedicated area and will remain on display for the entire duration of the congress, allowing participants to view them at any time. Each poster presenter will also be assigned a specific time slot during the scheduled poster sessions, providing an opportunity to discuss their work, answer questions, and engage with attendees directly.

The following additional requirements must be met to ensure that the poster content is displayed correctly:
