POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster Requirements

Posters will be exhibited in a dedicated area and remain on display for the entire duration of the congress, allowing participants to view them at any time. Each poster presenter will also be assigned a specific time slot during the scheduled poster sessions to discuss their work, answer questions and engage with attendees directly.

To ensure your poster is displayed correctly:

  • Format: A0 portrait – 84.1 × 118.9 cm (841 × 1189 mm, approx. 29.8 × 47.8 inches)
  • Fonts: all fonts must be easy to read
  • Colour profile: no colour restrictions

Details for the poster presentation slots can be found in the GHI 2027 Congress programme.

Online Presenters

There will be no planned opportunities for online presentations. However, if you are unable to attend the congress due to illness, flight cancellation or any other unforeseen circumstance – after your abstract has been accepted, your registration fees paid and your presentation included in the programme – the organisers will arrange for you to present online.

In such cases you will receive a Zoom link that allows you to deliver your presentation remotely from your own computer by sharing your screen or application.
