Special Journal Issues Associated with the 3rd GHI World Congress
We are pleased to announce few special publication opportunities associated with the 3rd GHI World Congress to be held in Konya, Türkiye.
Special Issue – Selcuk Journal of Agriculture and Food Sciences
The Congress host institution, the Selcuk Journal of Agriculture and Food Sciences (https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/selcukjafsci), will publish a dedicated special issue open only for the congress delegates. This special issue aims to showcase cutting-edge research and review papers presented during the Congress, as well as relevant contributions from the broader scientific community working in areas related to (but are not limited to):
- Food safety and toxicology
- Food quality traceability
- Risk assessment management
- Sustainability & regulatory science
- Innovations in food processing and packaging

Special Issue – Akademik Gıda (Academic Food Journal)
Another valuable publication opportunity available to Congress delegates is with Akademik Gıda (Academic Food Journal), a peer-reviewed scientific journal indexed in Scopus, TR Dizin, and several other international indexing databases. The journal publishes original research articles and review papers in the fields of food science and food technology, covering a broad range of contemporary topics relevant to academia, industry, and regulatory science. Papers aligned with the scientific themes of the 3rd GHI World Congress and successfully passing the peer-review process will benefit from free-of-charge publication.
