Full congress registration

The full congress registration fee (5 days) includes access to the congress on 5–9 July 2027: access to all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches as per program, the welcome reception, the congress sessions booklet and a congress certificate. Early bird rates apply until 1 April 2027.

Day registration

When registering for one day only, the participant gains access to the congress for that specific day. It includes sessions, lunch and coffee breaks offered on the selected day. Participants attending for a single day must specify their date of attendance on the registration form or inform the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@ghiworldcongress.org.

Student registration

The GHI World Congress 2027 offers a reduced registration fee to students enrolled in an accredited college or university program. During registration, students need to upload a valid student ID or student card as proof of enrollment.

For the first time, registration is also open to senior high school and gymnasium students, particularly Year 11 and Year 12 students approaching graduation. We warmly encourage these students to participate by submitting abstracts, sharing their ideas and research, and engaging with the international scientific community – while potentially becoming part of the growing GHI NextGen wing.

Disadvantaged countries registration

The GHI World Congress 2027 offers a reduced registration fee to participants from disadvantaged countries. Participants who register under this option, please state your country on the registration form.
