Special Issue

We are pleased to announce a Special Issue of our congress host institution Selcuk University, the Selcuk Journal of Agriculture and Food Sciences​​​ (https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/selcukjafsci), journal dedicated to the 3rd GHI World Congress, held in Konya, Türkiye. All manuscripts submitted within the deadline and successfully passing the peer‑review process will be published free of Article Processing Charges (APC).

This special issue aims to showcase cutting-edge research and reviews presented during the Congress, as well as relevant contributions from the broader scientific community working in food quality, safety, and regulation.

Scope:

Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):

• Food safety and Toxicology
• Food quality traceability
• Risk assessment management
• Sustainability & regulatory science
• Innovations in food processing and packaging

Submission Timeline:

• Opens: July 2027
• Closes: 31 December 2027
• Fast-track Peer Review: The first decision within 31 days

Editorial Support:

The special issue will be edited under the guidance of Prof. Ramadan Col and Dr. Esra Celik., with scientific oversight by Co-Editor-in-Chief of the journal.
