Presentations
Presentations must be uploaded as powerpoint (preferred)/pdf/recording or any other format to https://kaufmann-medien.wetransfer.com, without registration latest until 16th of June. The files must be named in the following format:
#abstractID_familyname of abstract submitter.*
(You can download the program with your time slot and abstract ID here).
ONLINE PRESENTERS will receive a zoom link, so they can make their presentation from their computer by opening the presentation and sharing the screeen or application. If someone wants to arrange an appointment for testing the use of zoom, please contact the conference secretariat (2025@ghiworldcongress.org).
The files will only be used for streaming and not be made available to anybody. The upload of a pdf version for presentation in the virtual platform is optional.
Posters
Posters will be presented in a virtual platform.
Posters must be submitted as PDF to 2025@ghiworldcongress.org latest until 10th of June to be checked technically and uploaded to the virtual poster room.
The files must be named in the following format:
#abstractID_familyname of abstract submitter.pdf
The following additional requirements must be met to ensure that the content is displayed correctly:
- PDF/A-Format: The document should be saved in PDF/A file format.
- Layout: DIN-A4 Landscape (height: 210 mm, wide:297 mm)
- Maximum Filesize: Max 25 MB
- Content: no interactive elements, videos, patterns or gradients, images must be inserted as JPEG, GIF oder PNG
- Fonts: All fonts must be fully embedded; protected fonts are not permitted
- Color profile: don’t use ICC(Interglobal Color Consortium)-color profile
- Security: No encryption or password protection
